كشف المجلس الوطني المستقل لأساتذة التعليم
الثانوي والتقني، أن أزيد من 12 ساعة قد ضاعت من المقرر السنوي في كل مادة
بسبب إضراب تلاميذ الأقسام النهائية الذي دخل أسبوعه الثاني، معلنا بأن
عملية استدراك الدروس الضائعة ستكون صعبة خاصة في المواد العلمية التي
تتميز‭ ‬بالكثافة‭ ‬وتتطلب‭ ‬مدة‭ ‬زمنية‭ ‬طويلة‭ ‬في‭ ‬الشرح‭.‬
وأوضح مسعود بوديبة، الأمين الوطني المكلف بالإعلام والاتصال
بالمجلس الوطني المستقل لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي والتقني، "الكناباست"، في
تصريح لـ"الشروق"، أن ما بين 6 و12 ساعة قد ضاعت من المقرر السنوي في كل
مادة، نظرا لأن الدرس الواحد قد يستغرق 5 حصص كاملة لشرحه،‭ ‬وعلى‭ ‬سبيل‭
‬المثال‭ ‬مادة‭ ‬الرياضيات‭ ‬فإن‭ ‬التلميذ‭ ‬المقبل‭ ‬على‭ ‬اجتياز‭
‬امتحان‭ ‬شهادة‭ ‬البكالوريا‭ ‬يدرس‭ ‬6‭ ‬ساعات‭ ‬في‭ ‬الأسبوع،‭ ‬مقابل‭
‬5‭ ‬ساعات‭ ‬أسبوعيا‭ ‬في‭ ‬مادة‭ ‬الفيزياء‭ ‬و5‭ ‬ساعات‭ ‬في‭ ‬الأدب‭
‬العربي‭.‬
وبخصوص عملية الاستدراك، كشف المسؤول الأول عن الإعلام
بالنقابة، أنها ستكون صعبة خاصة في المواد العلمية كالفيزياء، العلوم
والرياضيات، وفي المواد الأدبية مادة الفلسفة، على اعتبار أنها تتميز
بالكثافة في الدروس وتتطلب مدة زمنية طويلة في الشرح واستيعابها من قبل
التلاميذ‭.‬
وأشار‭ ‬محدثنا‭ ‬بخصوص‭ ‬الفصل‭ ‬الأول،‭ ‬أن‭ ‬تقدم‭
‬البرنامج‭ ‬في‭ ‬البداية كان عاديا رغم إضراب 4 أيام الذي شنته بعض نقابات
التربية شهر أكتوبر الماضي، ورغم ذلك لم تؤثر على السير الحسن للدروس على
اعتبار أن عملية الاستدراك تعد سهلة، غير أن إضراب التلاميذ لمدة فاقت
أسبوع سوف يؤثر سلبا على تقدم الدروس خلال الفصل الثاني، وعليه فإنه في‭
‬السابق‭ ‬كنا‭ ‬نفكر‭ ‬في‭ ‬كيفية‭ ‬الاستدراك‭ ‬في‭ ‬الفصل‭ ‬الأول‭
‬لكن‭ ‬حاليا‭ ‬أصبحنا‭ ‬نفكر‭ ‬في‭ ‬كيفية‭ ‬استدراك‭ ‬الدروس‭ ‬الضائعة‭
‬في‭ ‬الفصل‭ ‬الثاني،‮ ‬يضيف‭ ‬بوديبة‭.‬
وأشار بوديبة أنه اتضح لنا من
خلال احتكاكنا بالتلاميذ أنهم أصبحوا يبحثون فقط عن كيفية الحصول على
شهادة البكالوريا، على حساب نسبة المعارف العلمية وعلى حساب قيمة الشهادة،
مؤكدا بأن التلاميذ يريدون استغلال الوضع لكي لا يتقدموا في الدروس
للاستفادة من العتبة.

Why are the so-called "teachers" looking for catching up those sessions?
Don't they remember December salary?

Pupils are just looking for how to obtain the Baccalaureate, at the expense of the proportion of scientific knowledge and the value of the certificate.Students want to exploit the situation so as not to study the lessons to take advantage of the threshold.

طالب المدراء باستدعاء الأولياء فورا لإقناع أبنائهم بالعدول عن الاحتجاجات

بن بوزيد يخير مترشحي البكالوريا بين العودة للدراسة أو الفصل

“الكناباست” تحمل وزارة التربية ما يحدث وتشكك في مصداقية “الباك”


وجهت وزارة التربية تعليمات صارمة لمدراء التربية للشروع في استدعاء
أولياء التلاميذ الذين يواصلون احتجاجاتهم لأكثر من 3 أسابيع لإقناع
أبنائهم بالعودة للدراسة، وهدد عبرها المسؤول الأول عن قطاع التربية، أبو
بكر بن بوزيد، باتخاذ إجراءات ردعية تجاه مترشحي البكالوريا المضربين،
والتي قد تصل إلى حد الفصل في عدم عودتهم.
تزامنا مع إصرار تلاميذ النهائي على الإضراب في مختلف ولايات الوطن
والعاصمة، ضاربين عرض الحائط بكل إجراءات التهدئة الصادرة عن وزارة التربية
بخصوص لائحة مطالبهم، والتي من أهمها تحديد 30 أفريل آخر يوم لتقديم
الدروس، ومنح شهر كامل للمراجعة، وإرسال تعليمات تحث الأساتذة على عدم
الحشو في الدروس، اضطر الوزير أبو بكر بن بوزيد إلى اعتماد طرق أخرى للحد
من الاحتجاجات الصادرة عن هذه الفئة ، إنقاذا للموسم الدراسي 2011/2012.
وأكدت مصادر عليمة من وزارة التربية أن هناك تعليمات وجهت أول أمس
الخميس لكل المديريات حثت من خلالها المدراء باستدعاء أولياء تلاميذ
الثانويات التي شهدت احتجاجات من أجل إقناع أبنائهم بالعودة الإجبارية
لمقاعد الدراسة بداية من يوم غد الأحد، قبل اتخاذ إجراءات عقابية ضدهم،
خصوصا بعد الفوضى التي أحدثتها احتجاجاتهم على مستوى مؤسساتهم التعليمية
والتي بدأت تأخذ أبعادا خطيرة في ولايات عدة، حيث وصل الحد إلى غاية تدخل
الدرك الوطني الذي فتح تحقيقا مع التلاميذ.
وجاء القرار الردعي لوزارة التربية بعد فشل المشاورات التفاوضية التي
كانت قد فتحتها وطيلة فترة الاحتجاجات والمسيرات التي نظمت الى مقرها
بملحقة رويسو مع ممثلي تلاميذ النهائي الذين تمسكوا بمطلب تحديد عتبة
الدروس من الآن، في ظل رفض الوصاية هذا التحديد الذي يسبق أوانه، ومن هذا
المنطلق تحذر الوزارة الأولياء من مغبة مواصلة أبنائهم الإضراب الذي سيعود
سلبا على تحصيلهم العلمي، وهذا في الوقت الذي رفض فيه الأساتذة تعويض
الدروس الضائعة بسبب الاحتجاجات خصوصا وأنهم يواصلون تلقين المقرر بصفة
عادية، وإن كان عدد التلاميذ في القسم اثنين فقط.
في المقابل، حمل المجلس الوطني المستقل لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي والتقني
وعلى لسان المكلف بالإعلام بوديبة مسعود الوزارة مسؤولية ما يحدث لتسرعها
في تحديد 10 ماي يوما لتوقيف الدروس منذ بداية السنة الدراسية، وهو ما شجع
رفع التلاميذ سقف مطالبهم، مثيرا تخوفه مما سينجر عن ذلك من عواقب والتي
قد تتسبب في المساس بمصداقية البكالوريا.

Don't worry at all about the effects of the current strategy. They are coming sooner... No one will be the loser except "the people" who are having a "shareholder" seeking their fall instead of their well-being. Can't go deepêr as it will be a political matter more than a topic of neutral discussion for us...the poor teachers.

Undoubtedly, sir.
All of the Algerians are taking advantage of the present situation that imposes extinguishing any little ashe before it spreads and turns a tornado.
So, now it's the kids' turn... and the list is to be continued

أوفدت،
وزارة التربية الوطنية 'لجنة تحقيق إلى مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي التي شهدت
اضطرابات بسبب خروج تلاميذ الأقسام النهائية إلى الشارع، للتحقيق مع
المديرين عن عدم اتخاذهم للإجراءات المتعلقة بشطب التلاميذ الذين تجاوز عدد
أيام الغياب عندهم 30 يوما حسب ما ينص عليه القانون.

وعلمت الشروق من مصادر مطلعة، أن المفتشية العام للبيداغوجيا على
مستوى وزارة التربية الوطنية، قد راسلت مفتشي التربية الوطنية، تحثهم على
ضرورة الشروع في التحقيق مع مديري الثانويات الذين شهدت مؤسساتهم التربوية
اضطرابات بعد خروج تلاميذ الأقسام النهائية إلى الشارع احتجاجا على عتبة الدروس، عن عدم اتخاذهم للإجراءات المتعلقة بشطب التلاميذ الذين تجاوز عدد أيام الغياب عندهم 30 يوما حسب ما ينص عليه القانون.



وأضافت المصادر التي أوردت لنا الخبر، أن الوزارة قد أوفدت 'لجنة
تحقيق إلى الولايات التي شهدت خروج التلاميذ إلى الشارع ورفضوا الالتحاق
بأقسامهم، ويتعلق الأمر بولايات تيزي وزو، الجزائر العاصمة "وسط، شرق
وغرب"، البويرة، بومرداس، وهران، مؤكدا في ذات السياق بأن هؤلاء التلاميذ
قد سجلوا في بداية الموسم الدراسي لامتحان شهادة البكالوريا دورة جوان
2012، تسجيلا أوليا عبر شبكات الانترنيت لكي يحصلوا على "الاستدعاء"، ثم
انقطعوا بعدها عن الدراسة، ورغم تغيبهم المستمر، والملفت للانتباه فإن
مديري الثانويات لم يقوموا لا بتوجيه إعذار لا أول ولا ثان كإجراء أولي قبل الشروع في شطبهم من المؤسسة التربوية، وعليه وجب التحقيق معهم لمعرفة أسباب عدم تطبيقهم للقوانين المعمول بها عند تجاوز عدد أيام الغياب 30 يوما.
